Arthur Blick Jr to challenge Ssebuguzi

The sprint at Victoria Race Track this Sunday does not only counts towards the National Sprint Championship but drivers are all out for bragging rights ahead of the Pearl Rally later this month.
The event will be part of the double header, with riders battling out in the fourth round of the Mountain Dew MX Championship as well as first round of CRC and National Sprint Championship.
However, all the talk is about the sprint at the refurbished Garuga double track with Arthur Blick Jr throwing out challenge to fellow Evo X ‘bisodde’ drivers, Ronald Ssebuguzi, Omar Mayanja, Christakis Fitidis, Rauf Adam ne Kephar Walubi.
“The Evo X are the fastest car around at the moment and everyone wants to test himself against the best,” Blick Jr, the 2015 national rally champion said.
Blick Jr added: “Am still getting used the Evo X and feel to get ready for Pearl is to challenge the best.” Over 40 drivers have so far registered for the championship event.
Meanwhile, sponsors led my Mountain Dew have pledge to continue supporting the sport. At the unveiling of sponsors at Lugogo yesterday, Audrey Lang, the brand manager Pepsi and Mountain Dew, said they feel proud to put money in motorsport, which is ranked second behind soccer.
She said their 10 years partnership with motocross is not by chance.
Alex Tumywesigye, the manager Lubricants Shell, said their products like Shell advance and V-Power continue to lead the way in the sport in the world and are proud Ugandans have embraced them.
