The Kiggundus to unleash new machines at Busiika Arena

KAMPALA.

Siblings Talha and Fathu Kiggundu will line up new machines during the 4th round of Mountain Dew MX championship. The highly anticipated event is set for Uganda Sports Arena at Busiika on Sunday.

Talha, the older of the two, has acquired a KTM 350cc, 2012 model, something which has excited veteran Arthur Blick Jr. “This is good news for the sports and especially the MX1 class,” the 10-time national champion told Daily Monitor.

“We need more riders in the class as we prepare for two international events - the FIM Africa Motocross of African Nations to be hosted by Botswana in August and the second leg of Central Africa MX championship in Nairobi in November,” explained Blick Jr. He also announced the return of Jojo Wilson who will also compete in MX1.

Fathu with her new Suzuki RMZ250cc, model 2012 will line up against Alistar Blick, Ali Omar, Ahmed Tamale and Michael Ntailo in MX2.
