Hosts Dolphins and their rivals Seals, were the biggest winners at the inaugural edition of the Dolphins Junior Gala held at Gems Cambridge International School – Butabika over the weekend.

Hosts Dolphins Swim Club hoist the boys trophy after garnering 392 points at inaugural.

Seals won the girls trophy with 266 points while Dolphins dominated the boys’ category with 392 points at the gala attended by 250 swimmers, of below 13 years, from 10 clubs.

There were also prizes like goggles and piggy banks from DSTV for the top three male and female swimmers in all three age categories.

However, Dolphins coach Tonnie Kasujja insisted the most important aspect at this stage is not the results but ensuring swimmers perform to instructions.
