SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15: Final Round of the National Motocross Championship at Garuga Double Circuit

The three Omar brothers might be trailing in their respective MX classes, but they have all promised to clinch their respective titles at the eighth and final round of the national motocross championship in Garuga on December 15.

Speaking at the launch yesterday, the three brothers were confident they have all it takes to win.

“I will topple him,” said Waleed Omar in reference to leader Ben Nsumba that leads the MX50cc class. Wazir Ali Omar, who is only a single point behind leader Fortune Sentamu in the 65 cc category ,was also in bullish mood. “I will win come next weekend,” he said.

Ali Omar Yasser also reckons he has had good preparations prior to the event. “My training has been good and I am in good shape,” he revealed. He trails Alestair Blick by eight points in the MX 85cc Class.
