UAP dominate Insurance Brokers gala

KAMPALA.
Michael Ssegane single-handedly helped UAP amass 134 points enroute to lifting the second Insurane Regulatory Authority (IRA) Gala title at Kyambogo ground on Saturday. In an event attended by 39 insurance brokers companies in Uganda, Ssegane won the Mini Hash and men’s 100m to account for 60 points of his team’s tally.
It was end to end stuff with AON’s Juliette Oginu winning the women’s 100m and Jackson Muliri of ICEA notching the special CEO’s 100m race that drew cheers from the packed sidelines. Football was the pick of the games with NIKO Insurance basking in glory after they whipped AIG 4-0 in the final courtesy of Owen Majidu’s brace and one apiece from Augustine Katongole and Lampard Shaffique.
