Five to make debuts as Buteme names final team

KAMPALA. Uganda Lady Cranes will have to five players donning the national jersey for the very first time during next weekend's Olympic and Commonwealth Games qualifiers in Tunis, Tunisia.

These are; Emilly Lekuru, Immaculate Mufuwa (both Walukuba Titans), Justine Yolanda Namagembe, Peace Lekuru (both Entebbe Ladies) and Flavia Agernorwot (Kitgum Queens).
"I am ready for the task. I never get scared of anyone. I am going to give it my best," said Agenerwot.
Uganda is grouped alongside hosts Tunisia, Morocco and defending champions South Africa.

The winner of the two-day tournament will represent Africa at next year's World Cup, with the two top placed Commonwealth Nations representing going to the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Black Panthers' Charlotte Mudoola, national team player for more than a decade, shall captain the team, deputized by Thunderbirds' Aisha Nakityo Nabulime.
