Express test for Mubiru KCC credentials

What is still uncertain, however, is if he can get the current KCC team to play for him the way they have done for George ‘Best’ Nsimbe in leading the team to consecutive titles.

“Of course it’s always hard replacing a person who has done well but am ready for that. It’s a great opportunity for me,” Mubiru told the club’s website after the announcement.
With nine games played both sides come into the game in decent form with KCC having won their last five games after drawing 2-2 with log leaders Vipers.
Briam Umony has been instrumental in that run with the striker now on five goals including a brace he scored against Kira in their last game on Tuesday.
Express have meanwhile won four straight since being docked three points after their fans forced the abandonment of the their game against SC Villa.
Vipers, with the only unbeaten record left in the league are also in action hosting bottom side Rwenshama at Buikwe.
