KAMPALA. Win-less Kampala University face Makerere University in the Nile Special University Football League (UFL) hoping to start their campaign that for all intents and purposes is yet to get going.
KU have had a poor run collecting only one point from their last three games and have the unenviable task of travelling to Makerere ground in need of maximum points. Fortunately for them, Makerere have virtually qualified and KU will hope that this will diminish the former’s hunger.
But KU coach expects a grueling contest. “We shall have to play at our very best if we are to beat them,” he warned. Meanwhile at the the weekend, Kampala International University registered their first victory of the season beating Busitema 2-1.
