Luwagga cautions Cranes

Kampala. Cranes coach Sebastien Desabre by now has a clearer picture of how he will set up against Tanzania on Saturday and what kind of resources he will employ against the Taifa Stars.
Uganda, who last beat Tanzania in the Africa Cup of Nations qualification 2-0 at home some 23 years ago, then at Nakivubo, meet their East African foes again this weekend looking strengthen their claim to the 2019 Cameroon ticket.
Desabre has now been able to work with his entire squad; Kizito Luwagga, Faruku Miya and Moses Opondo having joined in yesterday after arriving from their respective foreign clubs 48 hours earlier.
Luwagga, who together with Miya, Desabre will look-to to break down the Tanzanians in his first competetive home game, however, warns Ugandans not to take the visitors lightly.

“It’s not an easy game, Saturday’s game,” sad the Bate Borisov, Belarus creative midfielder yesterday.
“Tanzania, we might see like it’s not a strong team like us but it’s an East African derby.
“We have to give 100 per cent to win Saturday’s game. The training has been great, everybody is in good shape.
“It’s great competition, everybody is giving everything to win a position in the team and it will help the coach to select the best.”
Miya, who has since found happiness at his new temporary address in Croatia after struggling to command playing time at Standard Liege in Belgium, believes they owe it to the fans to win on Saturday but that they must also come out and support the team, as always.
“We are in good state, all of us the players and I think we are ready for the Saturday game and we shall do our best to win the game against Tanzania,” said the forward.
