Mubs will be favourites to pick a 10th straight win as the Pepsi National Beach Soccer League resumes today after a month of inaction with nine games on card at Lido Beach, Entebbe.

The Monsoon Group leaders play fifth-placed Buwanika Bulls, who have lost six of their 10 games so far this season. Mubs are expected to rely on the pair of Baker Lukooya, leads the scoring charts in the group with 20 goals as well as Brian Nkuubi, who has 10 to his name in the team’s opening nine games.

In the Huriken Group, St. Lawrence, who with 27 points hold a three-point advantage over Kayunga TC play fourth-placed KIU.

Kayunga with 10 games, have played one less than the leaders but face a potentially tricky opponent in fifth placed Dalumba, who also won their previous game 5-4 against St Lawrence.
