Fufa president Moses Magogo and his predecessor Lawrence Mulindwa have been appointed to different Confederation of African Football (Caf) standing committees.

They are to serve for the next two years. Magogo has replaced Mulindwa on the Inter Club Competitions Committee. The committee is headed by Issa Haytou, the Caf president.
Mulindwa now moves to the committee for the Under-20 African Championship. This committee is headed by Amadou Diakité (Mali), a member of the Executive Committee.

Fufa CEO Edgar Watson has also been picked as a member on Technical and Development Committee while another Ugandan, Dr James Sekajugo, remains on the Medical Committee. Fufa lawyer, Alex Luganda, will serve on Appeals Board. Uganda, however, lost out on the Media Committee after Fufa withdrew Rogers Mulindwa.
