Pork tenderloin with mushrooms and olives

Pork tenderloin

Serves 1
200 grams pork tenderloin
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sliced onion
1 crushed garlic
2 sliced pitted olives
50 grams white dry wine
50 grams mushrooms
Chopped parsley for garnishing
Brown sauce

*Cube pork into 1 in pieces and grill until done. Sauté the garlic, onions mushrooms until for a couple of minutes then add the pork.
*Cook the meat awhile longer and add the wine, pitted olives and brown sauce.
Serve garnished with parsley.
