For close to a week now, Socialite Jack Pemba has been in the news for two reasons. An ongoing court case against business tycoon Godfrey Kirumira and a sex tape in which he is allegedly involved.

But the socialite has come out and confirmed that he isn't the one in the video.
"I want to say in the strongest terms that I am not the person in the video that is going around," Pemba has said.

He also dismissed the Facebook post of a certain "Jack Pemba" apologizing for the video saying he has no accounts on any social media platforms.
"I also want to say that I did not make any apology on Facebook as that is a fake account operated by impostors. I repeat - the Facebook account is fake and I am not the person in the sex video," Pemba said in an audio clip he has shared with this Sqoop writer

A lady identified as Honey Suleman, whose face appears in the video, confirmed that the man she was making love to in the video is Jack Pemba. However, the face of the man in the video is not shown and neither is his voice heard.
Pemba was reluctant to talk about his issues with businessman Godfrey Kirumira.

"I’m a businessman, sports philanthropist and humanitarian. Most importantly though, I’m a husband and father. Because of my philanthropic activities and my social life I am aware that the media has taken a deep interest in my life."
"There is currently a court case in which I am involved with a fellow businessman that has caught the media’s attention. The real background to that case is very different from what has been portrayed in the media," He argued adding that he would not discuss the case’s details since it is currently in court.

“I am advised by my lawyers that such matters cannot be discussed in the public. I respect the Courts and will therefore wait until a decision comes from the Court before I can comment on that transaction."
Pemba concluded saying that he is currently out of the country on business and will return soon to clarify these issues.
