Zuena Kirema 'Ssali' quits NTV

Zuena Kirema Ssali (as she prefers to call herself), the wife to self-proclaimed big size Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool has resigned her position as host of the life stories, a real life show on NTV.

Zuena says her resignation was a family decision as she now needs to concentrate on unavoidable family issues. The mother of three later took to her social media to announce the departure from NTV and thank her fans and NTV staff.

“It's been an interesting journey for two years working at NTV with a great team of management, producers, cameramen and fellow presenters. But my journey has come to an end and I would like to thank God for the good friends I made and experience I got. Unfortunately, on Sunday you will be watching my last show as Life Stories presenter as I have to concentrate on unavoidable family issues,” Zuena wrote.

NTV Uganda Human Resource Manager, Mr Solomon Muhiirwa said it is true Zuena has resigned and that an official communication will be made on their different platforms.

Zuena’s husband, Bebe Cool welcomed the decision by his wife.

“I fully support my family and we make decisions collectively since we stick together,” Bebe Cool said.

He also said that the resignation is not in bad faith but rather for the good of his wife and his family.
