By Jonathan Adengo

Daily Monitor treated its Facebook fans to a party at the swanky Guvnor nightclub on Friday. The party which was celebrating making 100,000 Facebook fans was a way of giving back to the readers.

The night which also doubled as the KFM Club Anthems night attracted hundreds of people who came to party the night away. The lucky winners of the tickets to the party were treated to free drinks courtesy of Daily Monitor.

The night had a lot in store for the revellers as the club also hosted African top model winner Aamito Stacie Lagum who was accompanied by renowned model from Nigeria, Oluchi Onweagba. The revellers danced to the house DJs’ mixes, taking them back in time with hits from the early 90s and they also sampled recent African hits such as Nigeria’s Don Jazzy and Tiwa Savage’s hit Eminado, and Azonto by Fuse ODG from Ghana among others.

The night which began at 11pm delayed a bit as they waited for people to show up. But none the less this did not stop those who had come in earlier from enjoying the ambience that the club had to offer.
The party went on till morning and the revellers left at pleasure.
