IN SUMMARY

About a week back, Challa Elma Kapel was an ordinary girl living her life away from the limelight.
However, this has changed for the 19-year-old daughter of Esther Anyakun, the Nakapiripirit woman member of parliament after she was crowned as Miss Tourism 2017/18.
Ms Kapel replaced Eildad Epiaka Odongkara who held the crown from 2016/17 at a glamorous event held at Kampala Serena hotel last Saturday.
