Dembe fm lovers’ show
Dembe Fm today hosts lovers in a Valentine’s Day show dubbed “Ki Love Love”. Come with your better half to wine, dine and dance the night away. There will be lots of entertainment by Rema, Chris Evans, Liane, Peter Nawe, and the legendary Afrigo Band. The show will be hosted by Prossy Patra, the Ki Love Love show presenter on Dembe FM.

Lots of prizes up for grabs
According to Aloysius Matovu Jr, a presenter at Dembe FM and coordinator of the event, today is special for most couples, that is why the best Luganda radio station has decided to give back to its listeners. “We have a lot of prizes to give away. A couple will walk away with mazongoto mattresses because we believe a bed, without disrespecting anybody, is where the future of a family lies. Love is celebrated in the bed,” Matovu says. Listeners will also win phones and sofa sets. In addition to this, three lucky couples will be treated to a dinner at Nyama Choma Restaurant, Centenary Park. The show will start at 5pm and will go on up to dawn. All this and much more will be happening at Club Obligato. Entrance is Shs20,000 and everyone will get VIP treatment.

Honey lamb at mackinnon suites
Events Avenue will tonight treat lovers to a red carpet moment at the Honey Lamb show taking place at the new Mackinon Suites, Nakasero. Couples will be treated to free wine and dinner.

Every woman will receive a bouquet of flowers.
There will also be live mellow music from artistes, Fille, Jamal and Jackie Chandiru. Comedian Alex Muhangi and NTV’s MC Kats will be the hosts of this do.
Entrance is Shs150,000 for couples and Shs100,000 for singles. Dress code is red, white and black.
The peak of the night will be crowning of the best dressed couple. The lucky lovebirds will win two full-board nights at the suites.

Anight with the emperor on 93.3 kfm
The king of late night radio, Roger Mugisha is back. Seven years after he hung his late night boots, KFM listeners will tonight have a Valentine’s Day special with Mugisha.
The show will be targeting singles searching for love and couples who are celebrating love.
The theme is “Lights out, one night stand with radio’s emperor”. Mugisha describes it as a ‘‘four-hour action packed love show coupled with love ballads.’’
James Peterson, K-Drive presenter, KFM describes Mugisha as the ‘‘emperor of radio’’.
“He started out as a love show presenter while at Sanyu, so today he will get back to his roots. It will be a serious love affair with the finest voice on radio,” Peterson says.
