Key And Peele

I love having a good hearted laugh and this show happens to deliver that in enormous proportions. The show is so hilarious that at one point I was laughing so hard that I swear I needed a diaper change.
Starring Keegan Michael Key and Jordan Peele (hence the name of the show), two comics who got their start on Mad TV, the production is set in the format of 20 plus minute episodes, each having several skits. The themes are varying in nature; from racial stereotypes to current affairs, as well as American history. Basically, any topic is a go to area. Its strength lies in the level of consistency and creativity in regards to humour.

The show has a host of some recurring characters but the pick of the bunch is Luther, who happens to be president Obama’s angry and expressive alter ego. The show has been running for three seasons now and continues to grow in strength with every passing year. Even the American president is quoted to have called it some good stuff. This show is definitely worth checking out. Two thumbs up in my books.
