White Collar, a big concept

White Collar

Initially I was not the biggest fan of this show but with every passing episode the cleverness behind the show continues to be unravelled. For those not familiar with this action-packed drama series, the production is centred around Neal Caffrey played by heart rob Matt Bomer as the protagonist. While serving a stint in prison, Neal escapes with four years left on his sentence to pursue his girlfriend, who he believes is in trouble.

Redemption
He is recaptured by the same man who took him down the first time, Special Agent peter Burker, but in the process manages to broker a deal to help the FBI catch the slickest criminals in white collar theft. Blessed with an expansive knowledge of art, identity theft and forgery, the acquisition of Neal as a criminal consultant by the Feds is a case of using the best thief to catch other thieves. In other wards they stand no chance.

In this season, Neal has to contend with the secrets surrounding his family and past especially the one revolving around who is his real father. The friendship between our main man and his boss continues to grow built around the mutual respect they have for each other.

While his sidekick the ever entertaining Mozzi does not disappoint with outrageous sense of human, twisted sense of morality and his endless pursuit for the big score.

In the end the show’s characters interact well to make it a good pass time coupled with a well scripted screen play and believable story line.
