Last week, the Uganda National Examinations Board witheld the results of over 2,500 pupils from 26 schools as it released the results of the 2017 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
According to UNEB, the pupils were found to have participated in examination malpractices.
So what next for the affected pupils and their parents?
Ivan Kimuli Kigozi spoke to a parent, a lawyer and an educationist to try to answer that question.
