Hello Paul, my 2001 Mitsubishi Galant won’t start. Two days ago, I started the engine and it ran briefly before stopping. A mechanic checked the fuel pump and it seemed like it was not working. When we took it off and rig tested, it seemed to work. We replaced the fuel filter but the pump still does not work. I have fitted a new fuel pump which also does not work. It seems there is no power supply to the fuel relay. What can we do? Kigongo

Hello Kigongo, you will need a good car electrician to test the fuel pump circuit. Check fuse #13 and if it is okay, then check the circuit board under the fuse box for a broken circuit.
