Liquid Telecom committed to clients' interests on innovation

Liquid Telecom Uganda, one of the major data and voice providers has appreciated the support given to them by various people like religious groups which has helped them grow their business in Uganda.

“We believe that the milestone achieved by the firm are a result of the overwhelming support that we enjoy from the public and therefore, we must reciprocate the love. There is no better way of doing this than joining our Muslim brothers to observe this holy month in fasting,” the company’s chief executive officer, Mr Dennis Kahindi says.

Mr Kahindi re-echoed their customer-centric innovation approach which leverages customer needs to serve better by delighting their customers.

Mr Kahindi who was recently handing over an assortment of items like food to the Muslim community at Kibuli Mosque said the firm is focused on new product development to make their services enduringly adaptable.

“And by listening to customers, we ensure that our solutions are constantly evolving to meet their needs,” Mr Kahindi said.
