On their second show after signing a two-year deal with the Industrial Area-situated nightspot, Punked Bunch showed composure and talent on stage. The show featured Golola Moses; a chatty kick-boxer who is more popular for his comical statements than his fights. With a fight on July 1, Golola was called on stage to talk to the people about his pending bout and he no nonsense nature.

Talking in an interview arrangement with Daily Monitor’s Abbey Rafsanjan on stage as the interviewer, Golola had a lot to talk about including the fact that he is too big to shower from a normal bathroom, instead he bathes from the garden. The other Punked Bunch members like Conan Tumusiime, Dickens Agami and part-timer Daniel Omara also left the audience in stitches.

Then there was a newcomer David Mukebete who threw the whole audience into frenzy with his Luganda-English direction translation dialogue. Ivan Kyeyune took the cake again forcing people to pull out their hankies as he jested about women and men in love.

Punked Bunch looks to be on the right course always coming with fresh jokes and never repeating their old ones. The audience left happy and still laughing and discussing the comedians and their respective jokes.

Aziz Azion was at hand to wind-up the show with a lovely performance.
Comedy Night at Club Silk happens every first Thursday of the month.
