Will I be able to work in a big organisation?

I am a Senior Four leaver and would like to persue a diploma in Security Administration. Will I qualify to work in high organisations and government as a security administrator since am a security guard? Moris

Your ability to work in a high organisation or government is dependent on whether you meet the criteria and requirements of the role. With a Diploma you will be better placed to fit in a junior role that needs administrative knowledge.
Your experience as a security guard will only be of value if you are able to use it as learning platform. While you pursue your diploma, use your real-life experience as a security guard to confirm the theory that you are learning in class. I would present work challenges to your class mates and lecturers and see how the theory can be applied to provide you with workable solutions.
I would go a step further and test your class room solutions in your world of work.
