KAMPALA. There is common agreement that Warriors have assembled one of the best rosters in the National Basketball League this season.
That status has further been enhanced by a 6-0 start that includes wins over champions City Oilers as well as Betway Power and KIU Titans the other teams habour championship thoughts.
But just when you thought they should be a contented lot, the two-time champions will further be boosted by the return of Saidi Amisi.
The forward who averaged more than 10 points last season made another late return from Congo last weekend having also missed the opening three regular season games last season.

He is expected to feature for the Warriors against UCU Canons in the pick of the games at YMCA Court this evening.
It however remains to be seen what role he will have in the side where he will be competing for minutes with the likes of Deng Maker and Stanley Mugerwa.

The Warriors will be playing a UCU Canons team that has similarly made a fast start to the season but suffered their first defeat in six games going down 64-58 in overtime to KIU Titans.
We had a decent off and pre-season. I will not be shocked by many of our results in the regular season. My focus is on getting us to contention in the playoffs,” Natuhereza remarked before the KIU game.
They have one of the most inform players in the league in David Kongor Deng who is averaging 24 points thus far.
If maintained, UCU’s rise should make for interesting seeding in the playoffs with JKL, who play struggling Falcons today having made a 5-2 start.
