“It's a terrible thing and a test to the security in our area that one person can hack to death a total of four people during daytime and still manages to escape. I urge everyone to be vigilant and report anything strange to the police, we pray that the suspect is arrested and we get to know his motive for doing this,” Mr Kigula said.
