has been detained at the Central Police Station together with her four children.

Estther Nassaazi, a mother of five, stunned passersby when she carried a mattress on which she and four of her children sat in the rain near the entrance to the city authority offices, demanding to speak to the KCCA executive Director about her destroyed market stall.

The woman claimed her stall was destroyed and merchandise confiscated during an operation by KCCA enforcement officers at USAFI market in July this year.

Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago said yesterday the matter was being investigated, asking the woman to be patient.
