Kibuule twins: Domestic workers, security guard arrested over negligence

Kampala Metropolitan Spokesperson Patrick Onyango on Tuesday released a statement on the death of Minister Ronald Kibuule’s twins.

Mr Onyango explained that they had arrested four domestic workers to help police in investigations.

The suspects include house maids, shamba boy and a security guard .

The swimming pool where the twins of State minister for water drowned on Monday evening.

“The suspects are being held under Section 227 of Penal Code Act, the charge being Rush and Neglect Act,” Mr Onyango said in a statement.

Other sources told Daily Monitor that at a later date, the minister and his wife will be asked to record a statement on the same matter. Police investigations are still on-going. The burial of the ministers twins is planned for Wednesday.
