Let security carry out SIM card registration

Since it has become a national issue as far as security is concerned, I appeal to President Museveni in his capacity as the Commander-in-Chief, to direct security agencies, including police, army, prisons, ESO and ISO, to take action on national registration of SIM card and national IDs.

Let the registration across the country be done by security agencies. This will prevent potential criminals from forging the registration requirements hence they will not get the SIM card?

The problem with SIM card employees is that it is hard for them to detect fake and genuine requirements. Besides, they can easily be bribed given that they are paid low salary.
