Lumala dares Fitidis at champions sprint

They are both veterans in the sport, champions in different generations but still competitive at the highest level.
They are provisionally paired to clash at the Champions Sprint at Festino Cite Mukono tomorrow.

Lumala NRC champions (1999, 2003) will drive Mitsubishi Evo XI while Fitidis the 2017 champions is set to drive his trusted Mitsubishi Evo X.

Lumala spent most of the Sunday training at the venue of the sprint and promised fans value for their money. He also challenged the present drivers to take him on. Fitidis already sprint champion 2018 earlier told the Daily Monitor is going to entertain the crowd and enjoy as well.

Another exciting paring is expected to be between Subaru N14 drivers Duncan ‘Kikankane’ Mubiru and Hassan Alwi.
Kikankane the fans favourite said he is ready to reclaim the glory he last tested in in 2016 when he beat Ronald Ssebuguzi to the title while driving a Mitsubishi Evo X.

Like Lumala and Ssebuguzi, Kikankane was on Sunday testing the car at Festino. Last year’s winner Ssebuguzi will take on fellow Evo X driver and 2015 national champions Arthur Blick Jr while Omarv Mayanja in Evo X takes on Musa Kabega in Evo XI.
Patrick Kiwewa will also make his return to the cockpit after five years and will drive Mitsubishi Evo 7 recce car of Ssebuguzi.
