Uganda Sports Press Association (Uspa) marked this year’s road safety campaign with a series of activities that started with a memorial service at Christ The King Church, Kampala.

This was followed by the painting of the Mulago Hospital Casualty Ward which was funded by Uspa partners Standard Chartered Bank to a tune of Shs18m.

The climax of the activities was in Lugazi which were spiced up by Uganda Bikers Association (UBA), who joined the campaign for the first time. There was also a bicycle race that was won by Willy Kato, who took home a brand new Mountain Bike courtesy of Mandela Group of Companies under their Supreme Flour brand.
