Brian Umony’s big heart continued through his Foundation gave back to the Bukoto community at the weekend.
The Brian Umony Foundation alongside partners Betlion, Skool Info, National Council of Sports (NCS) and Radio City FM helped in cleaning Bukoto Health Centre and delivered mama kits among other necessities to the hospital on Saturday.
“The Umony Foundation has a core value of helping the under privileged, having traversed different parts of the country helping out we thought it was right to also give back to Bukoto,” said Umony.
The former KCCA and Supersport United forward was in company of friends and ex-teammates like Savio Kabugo, Baker Lukooya, Farouk Musisi, Ivan Bukenya and Brian Majwega.

Inspiring youth
The group also conducted a football clinic with the Mulimira Youth team, a community based team, which was supervised by Hamza Kalanzi. They later gave out bibs and balls among others.
“I am glad the Foundation managed to carry out this CSR activity and the event was a success and we believe everything we handed over will help in inspiring the youth of both areas,” noted Peter Tabu, the Umony Foundation CEO.
The Bukoto people were overwhelmed by the support and kind exhibited by Umony Foundation, according to youth leader Immaculate Kyokyo.
