Daggy Nice in his favourite part of the house, his living room

What you need to know:

Most expensive item is my Apple Mac laptop and the TV. But for security reasons, I can’t disclose the figures but yes they are quite costly

Real names Douglas Suubi Ngobi, Daggy Nyce is an events host and the presenter of The Beat and the NTV Mix show. After a very long day, he cannot sleep without watching TV. We speak to him about his favourite room.

What is your favourite part in your house?

That is definitely my living room, largely because of the TV. It is the first thing that gives me company after the books.

What is so special about the living room?

Nothing really, it simply happens to be the area that holds the home entertainment centre.

How much time do you spend watching TV?

I usually watch TV at night after leaving work. I watch until I become sleepy; I watch everything I find interesting from movies to documentaries.

How big is this screen?

It is a 50 inch Samsung TV set.

What else is in the living room besides the TV?

Of course the normal accessories like the fridge, sound bar and coffee maker as well as the chairs.

What décor is in your sitting room?

I am a man of colours. I do not do the traditional white or cream walls. But the inspiration to have a coloured home comes from the accessories; carpet, curtains, and cushions. The 3 C’s.

What colours are your 3 C’s?

The 3 C’s are yellow, gray and orange.

What is the most expensive item in your room and at how much did it cost?

Most expensive item is my Apple Mac laptop and the TV. But for security reasons, I can’t disclose the figures but yes they are quite costly. The Mac was a gift so I didn’t buy it with my money.

Who gifted it to you?

Heather, my wife.
