Singer asks Museveni to pay Shs5b for poll song
Demanding: Singer Richard Kawesa
Kampala. Singer Richard Kawesa is demanding Shs5 billion as payment for copyright for ‘Another Rap’ song which was used during the 2011 presidential elections.
In the October 30 demand notice, Mr Kawesa claims he wrote and produced the song under President Museveni’s instruction but he was not rewarded.
