Bobi to head entertainment, promises Mayambala

Presidential candidate Willy Mayambala has promised to appoint National Unity Platform flag bearer Robert Kyagulanyi, aka Bobi Wine,  as head of the entertainment docket in his cabinet.

  In his address to supporters at Mpigi Town Council yesterday, Mr Mayambala pledged to create a new ministry for entertainment within the first six months of his term as the head of state.
 “I assure all my colleagues in this race that they should not worry about my presidency. I will appoint all of them and a new ministry of entertainment to be led by my brother Bobi Wine,” Mr Mayambala said.

 Mr Mayambala made the remarks during his tour of Mpigi Central Market before heading to Butambala, Gomba and Ssembabule districts.
The presidential candidate said he will be able to create a third of the jobs in the government offices for only youths.
 “All deputy or assistant positions will be filled by youths in all government offices. For instance, deputy head teachers, assistant engineers and many others. I would like to see youths get loans from my government with no interest rates,” Mr Mayambala said.

Free maternal, education services

He asked Mpigi residents to help him finance his campaigns.
“This war is for all Ugandans, not Mayambala alone. This is a war to liberate our country. I seek financial assistance to help me to finish up this journey. Let us work together because everything is possible - I know one day or one time, we shall win,”  Mr Mayambala  told his supporters.
 
 He added: “You will not see my posters anywhere in the corners but what you have to do is to take a selfie with me and share it with your friends.” 
Mr John Bosco Mugerwa and Ms Rose Naggayi said they will support Mr Mayambala because he has a good plan for them as farmers.
