Pirates seeking the magic in BLACK

They say black shines brightest. For the Stanbic Black Pirates, there's more in black than just the colour.
Last week, they inked a partnership with BLACK, Uganda’s first Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) audio and wearable brand, which is looking to "redefine fan experience and community impact" by offering a wide variety of BLACK products to the Pirates wider family unit; from players to fans.

From headsets, digital watches, portable music systems and clothing apparel, the players and fans are in for an experience.
Last year, Impis RFC became the first rugby franchise on the BLACK radar and according to Mourice Aliganyira, the team lead at BLACK, it's only a journey that keeps getting better.
Vipers and Uganda Cranes midfielder Allan Okello put pen to paper as an ambassador and Aliganyira says they are out for more.
"BLACK will sponsor Pirates player of the month with product giveaways, on top of interactive product showcases and game-day challenges at King's Park Arena.
We shall be conducting co-branded online contests with BLACK products as prizes and fans will also get big discounts on match days," adds Aliganyira.
The partnership seems to have kicked off with bouts of luck as the Pirates mounted a big comeback win to beat Heathens after trailing 31-09 until the 60th minute. The 33-31 victory was the beginning of many good things for the partnership.
