What you need to know:

The result meant that the Teen Cranes ran away 18-1 aggregate winners of the first round encounter having won the first leg 10-0 last week.

Despite not playing captain Agnes Nabukenya, Uganda still obliterated Namibia 8-1 in their second first round meeting in the Fifa U-17 Women's World Cup qualifiers at Hamz Stadium Nakivubo on Sunday.

The result meant that the Teen Cranes ran away 18-1 aggregate winners of the first round encounter having won the first leg 10-0 last week.

Namibia will take positives because they scored and also lessened the score by two but also, the trouble for them came from mostly Uganda's wide play. In the central spaces, Namibia tried to make improvements.

Uganda, however, made five changes to the team that started on Thursday and it can be argued they played to the strengths of those fielded on Sunday.

Agnes Nabukenya, Patience Asanyo, Dorine Aujat, Shadia Nabirye, and Belinda Nabawanuka all made way for Isabella Blick, Loyce Komugisha, Joan Namulindwa, Mariam Namataka, and Irene Kabarokole.

The star of the show this time was left winger Namulindwa, who scored her first in the 35th minute then turned in two from two early second half corners to make it 5-0.

More changes

At this point, goalkeeper Hairah Nabbosa had been taken off for Dorcus Namboozo while Shalom Nambuya and Shadia Nabirye had replaced Kabarokole and Cynthia Kirenga respectively.

Namulindwa's first was sandwiched between the opener - an own goal from Namibian defender Renaldo Tamara in the 15th minute - and the third scored by Blick in the 36th minute after she was teed up by Kirenga at point blank range.

Nabirye, who gave the same problematic running as Kirenga on the right wing, created one for Rinah Ariho in the 53rd minute then scored her own off a corner kick in the 67th minute to make it 7-0.

However, Namibia who had tried to limit the damage from open play, found another positive when a strong run from Shiwovanhu Haukongo got them a consolation goal a minute later.

Rashidah Nakalema, who came on for Ariho in the 57th minute, also ensured to get among the goals with 15 left to play.
