The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has announced plans to increase its landscaping budget to enhance the city's beauty and make Kampala comparable to other major cities worldwide. This follows reports that flowers planted along various streets in preparation for the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) meetings have withered, with some even removed. Today, we observed the infrastructure developments that were implemented ahead of the NAM/G77 summit, including roads, sewer systems, and other city beautification projects.
