Acholi waragi distillers blamed for poor crop harvests

Farmers with gardens around Musooto neighbouring the Acholi community in Mbale, who are distilling crude alcohol are complaining that their crops have dried and they are not going to harvest. 

They claim that instead of adhering to a police warning not to, distillers are now discharging the waste into their gardens especially at night and when it’s raining.
