Attorney General defends awarding vehicle tracking deal to Russian firm

The Attorney General Kiryowa Kiwanuka has insisted that the government carried out due diligence before awarding the contract to the Russian company Joint stock company global security to install tracking devices to help deal with criminals despite reports of the company being bankrupt. He strongly states that government stands no risk of any loss on this contract.
