Authorities, residents say Jinja is choking on rubbish

Residents of Jinja city are urging city authorities to quickly address the escalating challenge of garbage collection within the city. Various parts of the newly created city are now choking with uncollected garbage, now lying in the streets. According to the residents, the garbage is not only restricting their movements but also putting their health at risk.
