Beatrice Anywar picking up the pieces after losing election

State Minister for Environment Beatrice Anywar, who lost her Kitgum Municipality parliamentary seat, says there’s a wave on change sweeping across the political landscape and it is likely to affect the ruling NRM party to which she belongs. Anywar appealed to NRM to make structural changes to resolve some of the grievances driving the wave of change. According to Anywar this is the time for the top NRM leadership under President Yoweri Museveni as the NRM National Chairman to hand over to the youth, with the elders playing an advisory role.
