Commercial banks to receive more money in 2-3 weeks

Despite several complaints about the flexibility and availability of the Grow loans, the Ministry of Gender has revealed that the next tranche of the Grow loans will be released to participating banks within the next 2 - 3 weeks.  The minister of gender and labour, Betty Among says the entire Shs98 billion allocated for this financial year will be fully disbursed, to the participating banks. However,  regions like Karamoja, Busoga, and Bukedi continue to be highlighted as the least involved.
