DRC crisis: Experts weigh in on the future of Eastern Congo

It is nearly three months since conflicts in eastern DRC erupted again after a period of relative calmness. The M23 rebel group has since captured Goma, the largest city of the North Kivu Province. Efforts made by regional leaders to bring the conflict to an end have been frustrated by a lack of political will with DRC President Felix Tshisekedi and his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame trading accusations.
