First recipient of COVID-19 relief cash surfaces, says he was legitimate beneficiary

Godfrey Oloya, the first recipient of the government's Covid-19 relief cash on Tuesday presented himself to Gulu city authorities to dispel reports that he was a ghost recipient of the relief cash. This followed initial reports, that contrary to information shared with Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja, he was not one of the Gulu residents, vulnerable to the Covid-19 lockdown.
