Former minister Beti Kamya speaks about life in gov't

Former minister of lands Beti Kamya says the people of Lubaga North are the reason she was not appointed to the new cabinet because they did not vote for her when she contested as a Member of parliament. Kamya also dismissed the talk that President Museveni uses the opposition by luring them into cabinet positions and then drops them.
