Government to release 30 prisoners with mental illness

The government is planning to release several prisoners who are suffering from different kinds of mental illness. Some of the prisoners have been in detention for over twenty years and are currently awaiting a ministerial order to be set free. Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister Norbert Mao says he will soon sign a ministerial order for about 30 prisoners to be released from prison.
