ILLEGAL ARRESTS: Otafiire wants all arrests to follow legal procedures

The Minister of Internal Affairs Rtd Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire has warned security forces against unlawful arrests and false imprisonment. He said such acts are illegal and those who make the arrests should be held responsible. Otafiire made the statements while addressing the media at Bomah Hotel in Gulu city.
