Kalangala District Local Government leaders and residents have expressed disappointment with the central government over its delayed fulfillment of support to victims of the recent mini-tornado. The water sprout, characterised by heavy rain and strong winds, struck Kalangala Island on 15th March, claiming at least four lives and causing widespread destruction. They are now asking the central government to consider the plight of the affected people and honor its promises.
