Kampala leaders present proposals for phased schools reopening
The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) leadership is preparing to present proposals to the President on how the current lock down can be lifted. According to the State Minister of Kampala, the entity proposes a gradual lifting of the lockdown, while maintaining the observance of SOPs. It is time for critical sectors of the economy to start operating again.
